QUALIFIED & EXPERIENCED NANNIES & MOTHERS HELPS FOR TEMPORARY DAILY & RESIDENTIAL POSITIONS. NIGHT NANNIES. RELIEF HOUSEKEEPERS.UNIVERSITY STUDENTS WITH RELEVANT CHILDCARE EXPERIENCE FOR SCHOOL HOLIDAY PLACEMENTS.

GAP YEAR STUDENTS. WEEKEND STAFF.

About Us
We are a warm, friendly family relocating from London to Peppard, Nr Henley-on-Thames, and are looking for an experienced nanny to become an important part of our family for years to come.
We have two wonderful boys aged six and three. Our eldest attends prep school and our youngest will be starting preschool in September. Our previous nannies have each stayed with us for several years and have become a real part of our family. We’re hoping to find someone special who is looking for a long-term role and would enjoy growing with our family as our boys get older. We are both hands-on parents who love spending time with our children, but we’d really value the support of an experienced nanny who shares our approach to raising kind, confident and happy children.

About the Boys – Our eldest is a bright, funny, energetic and charismatic six-year-old who loves sport, adventure and being outdoors. He has ADHD and some sensory processing differences, so we’re looking for someone who understands neurodiversity—or is keen to learn—and can provide calm, consistent support, clear boundaries and lots of warmth.
His younger brother is a happy, affectionate and easy-going three-year-old who enjoys exploring, playing outdoors and joining in with whatever his big brother is doing.

The Role – This is an annualised hours contract designed around school term times and holidays.
During term time –
• School and preschool collection
• Preparing healthy tea
• Organising fun activities and play
• Supporting homework where appropriate
• Helping the boys wind down after busy school days

During school holidays – As our children attend private school, the holidays are longer than average and this is when we’d love our nanny to take the lead.
You’ll plan fun days out, organise age-appropriate activities, encourage learning through play, get the boys outdoors and help make their holidays exciting, active and memorable.
Responsibilities – As well as providing loving and attentive childcare, responsibilities will include:
• Preparing healthy meals and snacks
• Supporting emotional development and independence
• Children’s laundry
• Keeping bedrooms, toys and play areas organised
• Managing school bags, uniforms and children’s belongings
• Planning engaging activities and outings
• Helping maintain routines
We are not looking for a housekeeper. However, we’d really appreciate someone with a team-player attitude who is happy to lend a hand with the occasional dishwasher or small household task when needed.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is…
• Warm, kind and emotionally intelligent
• Fun, energetic
• Calm, organised and reliable
• Confident setting loving boundaries
• Experienced caring for children of a similar age
• Comfortable supporting a neurodivergent child (experience with ADHD or SEN would be highly desirable)
• Looking for a genuine long-term role with one family

Occasional evening or weekend babysitting would be appreciated by prior arrangement, and the opportunity to travel with us once a year would be a lovely bonus.
