Duties will include and can be shared between the couple:

Household cleaning, laundry, ironing, dry cleaning
House management including, stocking food and household essentials, conforming to inventory spreadsheets in the main house, pool pavilion and studio
Presenting and resetting rooms when guests are staying
Providing refreshments for principals and guests

Our daughter is a happy and very determined little girl with a good sense of humour, who strives to achieve as much as she can despite her disabilities. Although she is very physically disabled, she is cognitively able, intelligent and attends a mainstream secondary school. She uses a wheelchair, standing frame, walker and hoists and is learning to drive an electric wheelchair with adapted controls

She communicates using an eye gaze communication system, which also enables her to access her school curriculum, homework, email and the internet

You will be a companion to her, accompanying her to local leisure activities as well as attending to her personal care needs (dressing, bathing, feeding and taking her to the toilet). Training will be given to carry out her home physiotherapy programme, manual handling techniques and development of independence skills

She really enjoys adapted sports and is a real thrill seeker. Currently, she participates in swimming, sit skiing, sailing and bowling. She also loves reading, films and shopping trips. You will have to be willing and able to organise and accompany her in these activities as well as being enthusiastic in initiating new hobbies

When she is at school duties will include general housekeeping, laundry and ironing. In term-time it is probably a 50/50 split between childcare and housekeeping in school holidays 70/30 split between childcare and housekeeping
