We do everything we can to give you peace of mind. We take the time to meet candidates and thoroughly check references and qualifications before we introduce them. We also insist that candidates have a DBS Check (previously CRB check) if the position involves working with children and all candidates are asked to attend a Paediatric First Aid Course.
Our stringent process means that we only introduce candidates who we feel would suit each particular position, therefore eliminating unnecessary time-wasting for both parties.
Even after a successful placement, we will be there for you, providing advice on Tax & National Insurance, Contracts of Employment and most Employment issues. We offer continued support and always follow up after a placement to ensure both parties have successfully settled into the new arrangement.
